SETUP FOR LUNCH WITH SANTA — TOMORROW – Friday, Nov 30 at 6:30 PM, at the OLG Gym, see Mrs. Betty Casey . we only have 2 scouts and 2 fathers who volunteered. we need more people to help lay the BLUE mats, tape them and set tables and chairs. Service hours will be given.
OPTIONAL — Lunch with Santa – Sat Dec 1 from 10 AM to 2 PM or anytime in between, help Mrs. Casey welcome the children. Service Hours will be given.
GIVING TREE — Weekends Dec 1& 2, Dec 8 & 9, after Saturday 5:15 Mass, after Sunday 7:45 , 10:00, and 11:45 Masses. Move Gifts from church to RECTORY room between garage and kitchen. Sexton at church has the key to the room. Service Hours will be given

INSIDE MANGER — Sunday, Dec 23 at 1:00PM. ONLY the MANGER. Other decorations will be set by others. Service Hours will be given

It’s Adopt- A-Highway time!!! THIS Saturday morning at 8:30 AM meet on Michelle St in Hulmeville off of NESHAMINY ST.
Please wear CLOSE-toed Shoes, long pants, long sleeve shirt. I will provide orange safety vests, gloves, and trash bags.

ScoutFest is CANCELLED due to weather and safety concerns
Over the last 48 hours we have been watching and tracking different weather models for this weekend. Due to the weather forecast and a high probability of sustained winds above 15mph, we have made the very hard decision to cancel ScoutFest for this weekend. It was not an easy decision for our ScoutFest volunteers to make, but the safety of all of our participants is our number one priority. There is no rain date for this event.
In order for the up-coming JLT weekend to be a success, I am looking to you adult volunteers for help. We will be having a planning meeting this Sunday, September 16th at 3:00pm in the OLG Parish Service Center. Please consider helping us out.
At the end of last year, most of our Class B (Blue shirt) inventory was distributed to the new scouts and parent leaders. That means it is time to consider placing a new order for shirts or other clothing.
Soon I will be requesting shirt sizes but now I am inquiring as to what types of clothing YOU want. We will keep a scout Class B shirt. We will keep an Adult matching shirt. Both will have the logo.
Do you want a 1/4 zip lightweight PERFORMANCE (means has quick dry wicking) hoodie for layering?
Do you want to keep the same sweatshirt we have?
